Registrants give permission for the hotel to provide ILMA with information about their stay at the hotel, including their name. Registrants agree to defend and indemnify ILMA and the hotel and their affiliates from and against any and all claims arising out of the hotel providing ILMA the information.

ILMA Room Rate: $189 per night

This rate is available to registered attendees only from Sunday, January 7 through Thursday, January 11 while inventory lasts. A total of 15.75% in state and local taxes will apply to all reservations, in addition to a $5.00 per night GA hotel & motel fee. A credit card will be required at the time of booking. Only one room per registered attendee is permitted.

Cancelation and Early Departure Fees

To cancel or modify a reservation, please contact the Atlanta Airport Marriott. Any guaranteed reservation in ILMA's room block not canceled by 12:00 p.m. 7 days prior to arrival will be subject to a fee in the amount equal to one night’s room and tax. Checkout prior to the reserved checkout date will also incur this charge.

Beware of Attendee List Pirates and Travel Agency / Room Reservation Scams

If you are contacted by anyone claiming to be associated with a convention housing bureau or travel agency offering services to book a room for you in ILMA's room block, please do not provide them with your contact or payment information. This is a scam. Information regarding ILMA Metalworking Fluids Conference hotel reservations will be provided to you directly in your emailed registration confirmation. If contacted by anyone offering an ILMA Metalworking Fluids Conference attendee list, please do not provide them with your contact information. This is also a scam. The official ILMA Metalworking Fluids Conference attendee list will be available on this website and on the ILMA app. Your ILMA login credentials will be required for access.

Air Travel & Ground Transportation

Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) is located 2 miles from the Atlanta Airport Marriott. The hotel offers a complimentary airport shuttle. Enjoy easy access to ATL airport with the convenience of a complimentary shuttle to and from Atlanta's airport every 15 minutes from 4:30 am until midnight. After midnight, the shuttle runs every 30 minutes.

At the airport, the shuttle will pick up in bays 9-12 at the Domestic Ground Transportation area (outdoor area). Please locate the area listed Hotel Shuttles. Pickup at the hotel is outside next to the valet. No pre-schedule call is needed.

Parking

On-site parking at the Atlanta Airport Marriott is $25 + tax daily. Valet parking is available for $32 + tax per day.
